Coach Ryan Dougherty is a Burlingame High School graduate and a student at UC Berkeley. Dougherty was a key contributor at Burlingame High School and is a 2022 CCS Champion. Ryan played six years for NorCal Rush, all of which were under Founder & President, Coach Zac Levine. Ryan played on both the class of 2023 and class of 2024 teams and is a 2-time West Coast National Champion (2021 & 2023). Coach Dougherty is extremely excited to join the NorCal Rush coaching staff and be able to influence the next generation of players. Dougherty’s key strengths are his leadership, playmaking ability, and dedication to getting the best TEAM shot. He was a selfless player and that selflessness has translated well to his early coaching success.
