Coach Jarrod Pascual

Coach Jarrod Pascual is entering his fourth season as NorCal Rush VP External, Bassim Khalaf’s, assistant at Mills High School (Millbrae). Coach Pascual is a lifelong hooper, and continues to polish his game every day. His biggest piece of advice for players is to “understand the moment.” What Coach means by that statement is that there is a time and place for everything: from seriousness to silliness. Understanding each moment will translate on the floor and off the floor. Coach Jarrod graduated from Capuchino High School (San Bruno) in 2016 as a 4-year Varsity player and was a key contributor to their 2016 CCS Playoff run. As a point guard Jarrod commanded the floor as a player, and he does the same from the sideline, leading to immense success for his teams. Coach Jarrod joined our staff in the Fall of 2023 and has had incredible success thus far.
